| Basic Qualifications * MBA required * 5+ years of management consulting experience within the Health Insurance industry with an emphasis in Strategy Consulting * 3+ years of functional experience across the Health Payer Value Chain Preferred Skill Requirements * Significant responsibility for identifying and closing sales opportunities * Significant responsibility developing professional post (i.e., MBA) talent * Client network (especially with Commercial Health Plans and Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans) * Extensive experience working directly with C-level executives in the Payer, Provider and Government Health sectors * Proven success in consulting with significant engagement delivery experience | |
